## What this site provides

ActualPeopleSearch aggregates publicly available information about people in the United States. Users can search by name, phone number, email address, or physical address to find:

- Current and previous addresses
- Phone numbers (mobile and landline)
- Email addresses
- Relatives and associates
- Age and date of birth
- Public record indicators (property, criminal, bankruptcy, liens, marriage, divorce, etc.)

## Data sources

All information comes from publicly available records including voter registrations, property records, court records, business filings, and other public databases. Data is provided by Enformion via the Galaxy API.

## Important legal notice

Information on this site may NOT be used for:
- Employment screening or hiring decisions
- Credit decisions or lending
- Tenant screening or housing decisions
- Insurance underwriting
- Any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

This site is not a Consumer Reporting Agency as defined by the FCRA.

## Structured data

All person profile pages include Schema.org JSON-LD markup:
- `ProfilePage` with `Person` entity (name, address, telephone, email, relatives)
- `FAQPage` with common questions about the person
- `BreadcrumbList` for navigation context

Blog articles include `Article` schema with author, dates, and category.

## API access

- `/api/entity/{tahoeId}` — Returns structured JSON data for a person (for programmatic access)
